HORRIBLE
I went to this IT complaining of not able to breath, IT put me on inhalers and asthma prescriptions that I took for 2 years constantly going back 2 3 4 times a Month complaining I cannot Breath, I was not given any other Treatment other than, USE the Inhalers and shown how to use the inhalers each time properly NOT Difficult to figure out, but Female Over 50 yrs old and I dye my hair Blonde so IT has a reason for ? my intelligent since IT is a DR too. I was given a letter letting me that I am a terrible patient so since I have not gotten any Better and continue to complain about the same thing over and over, and cannot just use the inhalers, I must find a NEW DR to complain too, DR Rivard is not going to tolerate it anymore, they would not call in my Prescriptions, forward Medical Records and I was without for 5 Months, I then Discovered that Dr Rivards Asthma Diagnoses is actually Heart Failure or maybe was JUST a Heart Issue but not addressing with wrong Meds did not Help it or ME!
