Excellent Psychiatrist, vast experience plus latest up-to-date knowledge of all the latest medications to get your brain “back on track” as well as very good advice on how to deal with life’s problems. He will talk with you and determine which of the bewildering array of psycho-active medications is just right for YOU with the least side effects! Knowledge and experience combination like this is priceless! And if he determines that you don’t need meds, he will not write script for you.

Dr. Pierce is an amazing Doctor!. He has helped me so much throughout the most difficult time of my life. A truly kind hearted person who takes his time with his patients. Not the first doctor I went to but definitely the most competent one. Just entering his office felt like home, like I was talking to someone I've known all my life, someone who cares. I do not think one can say that about a lot of doctors. Sadly I had to move to another country but if I could I would visit him all over again.

Talked mostly about himself. Was unable to diagnosis what I later learned was textbook PTSD symptoms.. Was lax in completing important disability paperwork which caused undue stress, and financial insecurity. Dismissed me as a patient the day after my mother died. Did not assist me in insight, empowerment, or healing in any way.

Not sure why the low grades here for Dr. Pierce. He is an excellent doctor and very honest and caring. He has helped me tremendously and always listens and gives comprehensive feedback and advice.
