bad service
I was a patient here for several years, and they did a decent job until the last year or so. That is why they get 2 stars, instead of 1. More recently, they have been quoting dates for regular checkups like a physical for 6 months out. I guess they are busy, but that a little ridiculous.I missed my recent appointment, and they charged me $150 for missing the appointment. I understand that their time is valuable, but to do this to a long term customer who missed an appointment that they scheduled six months in advance is a little much.I would still do business with them, but Donna their office manager, or whoever called me, was rude and told me that I need to get my schedule together, and quoted a former appointment that I CANCELLED IN ADVANCE as the reason they are charging me $150. As you can see in a few other reviews here, I found her to be rude, condescending, and confrontational.I don't recommend going to this doctor. They have absurd wait times, and I guess they make their

Very difficult to get appointments
The level of care from both the Dr and PA is great if can manage to get in. The problem is the practice has taken on more patients than they can handle. A great Dr is only great if you can be seen when you need. I suppose scheduling a check up several months in advance is fine. But what about when you really need to seen? Sadly the search continues for an accessible Dr.

Dr. Orris is a wonderful family care physician . He is up to date and open to new medical advances. His best side manner is very easy and open for patient input. He will find your problem and work for the correct solution. Dr. Orris's current staff are courteous and knowledgeable. During a recent emergency I was worked in during a very busy day, that is hard to beat. Highly recommend!

Dr Orris has taken care of my family for years. He is a fantastic doctor. Sometimes there is a wait but I don't care. He is a caring person and has built his staff to be the same. He takes his time with his patients. He is inquisitive and digs to find out the why of the situation.

Dr Orris is one of the best physicians I've ever had treat me but getting an appointment is so difficult I've changed primary care physician. The doctor told me I can call and get same day if emergency but the receptionist Donna tells me he can't see me for 3 weeks after I tell her I can't breath. Great doctor and I can see why he stays busy but if you can't get to him when you're in need, what good is a service you can't access?

Dr. Orris is an exemplary physician. He is cautious and careful when prescribing medications, keeping the patient’s best interest in mind. I feel comfortable in his capable hands. His bedside manner is excellent and I trust him 100%. The staff does have a hard time with scheduling, I believe, because the wait times are incredibly long.

Dr Orris and his staff are the best I have been to. They are very caring and spend the time with you. Dr Orris also is not the typical doctor who wants you in and out as quick as possible. When you ask question he shows real interest and spends the time with you to make sure you understand and are comfortable. He is the way doctors use to be many years ago. This is not a patient factory like a lot of the other practices are now.

Have been going to Dr. Orris for 7 years. His bedside manner is top notch; he takes as much time as you need to discuss your concerns. Never dismissive or condescending, which has been the case with a number of other doctors I have visited. We've had a few billing issues with his office, but those alone are not enough to prevent recommending his services.

I have been going to Dr Orris for 4 years. He is the best! He takes the time to listen to you and then looks into how to make you feel better. He's professional, but friendly. He actually saved my life 4 months ago by not giving up on an issue I had, which led him to discover I had a rare cancer. He right away contacted the necessary specialists I needed to see and gave me all the information I needed. Because of him, I am now cancer free! All of the staff is very friendly to me.

Dr. Orris is an amazing doctor and i have gone to him for years. The office Staff is horrible. They are rude and change everything and do not update the patients. They only care about money and not the care of the patients. I will never return after the way the office manager and the staff spoke to me.
