Dr. Gary Most, DPM

I would definitely recommend Dr. Most to anyone with a foot/ankle problem. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his examinations. Dr. Most listens to you and answers your questions with a very caring manner. When you leave Dr. Most's office, you feel satisfied that you have had and will continue to have the best treatment possible.

Had to have emergency surgery on my right foot for a deep tissue strep infection (and 2 more additional surgeries that followed) in Dec 2019. During a time that was very stressful, scary, & uncertain, Dr. Most made sure that I was kept informed & reassured me daily through my entire 17-day stay in the hospital. He even called me before my last surgery to talk to me about why I had to have the procedure & what all he was going to be doing, because he was going to be coming straight from his office to the surgical suite & wanted me to know everything beforehand. He or his resident, Kristen, changed my dressings & wound vac daily in the hospital, taking care that I was as comfortable as possible during the rather painful procedure. He made sure to introduce me to the doctor he wanted me to follow up with at the wound center after my discharge. When I saw him for my post-op follow-up a week after I came home from the hospital, he & his office staff were awesome & took great care of me.

He performed trauma surgery on my foot. He was great! very helpful in understanding what needed to be done, how it would it go, and what to expect.
