A lot of talk no follow through. Would not recommend this man to my worse enemy. Seems like his collecting a paycheck, which is shame given the fact he works with the mentally ill, and people people fighting addiction.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Lenza to anyone. He is a poor listener, lacks empathy and has little insight. Each visit, asks the same questions (already been addressed) obviously not reviewing his own notes. Worse yet, when documenting notes there are huge inaccuracies between what patients have to say and what he notes. He is a clock watcher and verbally rushes patients. He is very arrogant and becomes defensive and downright rude with patients when they are not responding to his treatments. Waste!
