Second opinions important
We ( my wife and I ) went to see Dr. Kubalac for a second opinion on the quality of the first operation which consisted of an unsuccessfully mesh implant and hernia repair. This operation was.done at a different hospital. We live 3.5 hours drive away from Fargo so we were not expecting to get an immediate appointment but wed did thanks to the wonderful staff assisting Dr. Kubalac. It was a Friday. Dr. Kubalac listened to my concerns and upon his examination asked if we could return Monday am early for a lengthy surgery explaining everything he was going to fix.( example my bellybutton was located 4 inches to the right of where it had been). Post surgery the Dr. came right up to my room and had an excellent bedside manor explaining all he had found and how he corrected it. When I left the hospital need less to say I was a new man. I highly recommend Dr. Kubalac for hernia repair surgery along with his wonderful staff. Thank you all for a great experience after a bad one.

If I could give no stars I would. This man is rude, very arrogant and has no bedside manners. I was scheduled for surgery on a Monday. Over the weekend I was not able to wait for this procedure on Monday. I went to the ER, the surgery was performed and I was kept until Monday. When he came in on Monday he was literally pissed off that I went in sooner. He made me very angry for being so upset about something I couldn't wait until Monday.
