Refuses to answer the phone or return calls. Where's the Excellence?

Dr Buxa removed a malignancy from my nose. The whole procedure took less than two hours. The nose healed quickly and looks as good as ever. Everyone treated me nicely.

Had outpatient surgery by Dr. Buxa. He did a great job! Told me exactly what he was doing, worked quickly and efficiently, and gave easy-to-understand instructions for after surgery. He also has a friendly and very skilled team. I highly recommend him.

Initial visit Dr Buxa was ok. His bedside is mediocre, but I’m not there to be a friend. Nasal reconstruction surgery was 6/11/21. When I left my rt nostril was bleeding more than left. Continued thru the day. 10pm I was getting scared. 2am called “ask a nurse” for advice. She told me to immediately call the surgeon, which was the last thing I wanted to do. He was pissed that I called him at that time and was rude. He told me to go to store and buy Afrin. Mind you my nose is non stop bleeding thru 4x4 pads every 15 minutes. 6am I go to Mercy ER (to whom I give my highest rating!). They called Buxa to advise of my presence. (I heard the call). Now I’m going thru 4x4s every 10 mins. Two other calls that I heard to Buxa during morning. He was ENT on call then also. He showed up around 2 (didn’t see him). Had 3 doses of high BP meds prior. There’s not enough space here to express what terror and lack of compassion I endured from Buxa. He lied to my face about situation. Liar

We are always extremely confident with Dr. Gary Buxa. We tell everyone what a great surgeon he is! All of the staff has given us the best treatment at all of our visits. We have been very satisfied with all three of our family's surgeries with Dr. Buxa at the Apogee Surgery Center. I was losing a lot of my hearing and Dr. Gary Buxa performed Stapedectomies on both of my ears. I cannot thank him enough for repairing my hearing. My family will never forget his help!

dr Buxa is knowledgeable, yet his office g rooms seem to show a greedy opulence and his meeters and greeters deign to have no idea about how hard a person has worked for hard earned money and they charge high prices as if everyone is affluent. i put off a parotidectomy after the anathesologist said that I was not a good candidate for surgery due to a pre-existing heart condition. so, I, upon reccomendation, went to a leading expert. In cardiology, went through a battery of tests, no dice
