What can I say. without a doubt the best laparoscopic surgeon and all around nice guy. I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Choi, and both times was so impressed. this second surgery, a double Hernia repair, was a difficult one for me. Doctor Choi not only followed up with me, but actually physically drove a prescription refill to my pharmacy. on a weekend. in an age when your lucky to get a callback, Dr. Choi 's number 1 concern is his patient's recovery and comfort. highly recommended.

First impressions are everything! I scheduled my surgery immediately after my consultation w/Dr. Choi. He spent as much time as I needed & allowed me to ask numerous questions even though he clearly had other patients to see. I never felt rushed. Day of surgery I knew I made the right decision and was confirmed again after Dr. Choi called me twice to check in. Highly recommended!

Excellent surgeon, extremely kind and caring. He called me the day after my sugery to find out how i was doing. Explains everything clearly. My gallbladder was packed with small stones and he couldn't get it through the incision, but instead of switching to open surgery he spent an entire extra 1.5 hours opening my gallbladder and removing the stones one by one until he could get it through the hole. If he didn't go the extra mile i would have had a much longer recovery.

I ddo a lot of research before seeing a doctor and getting medical care. I will also travel anywhere to get good care. This doctor was very impressive, I don't hand out recommendations easily. I don't like the hospital he works in, and I still went there to get surgeryto have him as my surgeon.

Such a kind an caring person, really takes the time to explain things to you, and check up on you after the surgery. Surgery was quick, went well, and I am healing nicely.

I have never meant a doctor that was more caring than Dr Choi. He took the time to talk and explain to me what my situation was and the treatment for it. Even after my surgery he had no problem with seeing me and answering any questions or concerns I had. He really takes the time with his patients and explains everything thoroughly. And the office staff is fantastic. I have recommended so many people to him and they all loved him.
