Very bad experience! Rude , rush,unprofessional!

DO I HAVE A STORY FOR YOU ABOUT THIS DOCTOR! I had an appointment for my son at 9:30am at the Pembroke Pines location. There is a rather large amount of paperwork that needs to be filled out before arriving or you must arrive earlier to give yourself time to fill out the paperwork. I have three kids (5,4 and 7 months) which have extracurricular activities as well being a small business owner, so I don’t exactly have time to sit down and fill out these forms, so I made sure to arrive early to not delay the appointment process. I parked at 9:09am so I was probably in her waiting room at 9:12-9:13 am. The front desk window is open, but nobody is there, I see a purse, so I know someone is maybe in the bathroom or away for a second. After a few minutes pass, I said “hi, hello?” and I hear a voice back saying, “We don’t open until 9:30, you’re early!” I reply with “I arrived early to fill out the new patient registration paperwork” and this is when a woman opens the door, hands me a clipboar

The doctor is very, very rude. First, she was literally screaming at her employees on the phone. Then she cancelled my appointment because I said I had been waiting 25 minutes and had to take off work for an appointment at a specific time. No one else was in the waiting room and it was “lunch time”. I had all my paperwork filled out online and didn’t need to sign anything. Avoid this place at all costs. No wonder no one wants to work for her, I’m sure they have all quit for being treated terribly. Oh and the rude lady on the phone, that’s the doctor. Maybe if she was nicer she wouldn’t have to play receptionist too.

As a mother my concern was simply to check if my son sees all colors correctly and do a decent check up. We have never seen any eye doctors before. So our first check-up visit started with doctors warning that if we don’t like anything we can always leave because doctor has plenty of other patients. ??????? Very nice to know that kids medical business is growing and doctor earns that much so she can afford that kind of attitude to her clients. However, doctor is still accepting new patients. Why? The question left unanswered. Then doctor started to do eye testing with my son. When I tried to stand up and see how he responds to questions about colorful digits, doctor in a rude manner told me to sit on my chair. Why? The question left unanswered. Then doctor took eye drops without explaining what’s the name of the drug, what’s it for, without asking if my son is on any current medication.

Dr.Garima was great. She answered all my question made me feel that my son was in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

dr.lal is a excellent doctor and we came from Miami area . Makes a big difference when your child is treated by a opthomolgist that has years of experience and is an expert in patient care. My child had seen other doctors and no improvements until we saw Dr lal in Pembroke Pines . We are sooo happy!

Dr. Lal and her staff are nothing short of amazing. I had double vision for years and she corrected it. Not only was my double vision corrected my depth perception came back to normal. I am very pleased, Dr. Lal is a true professional and extremely dedicated to her craft. I highly recommend her expertise.

Dr. Lal changed ny life! She is a God sent and amazing person who treated my double vision and pulled me out of depression after my strabiamus surgery with her! Sje gave me a new life again when my neuro ophthalmologist told me to wear a black patch and nothing could be done. I even have depth perception back.

The staff is amazing. Especially William. He is personable and professional. Dr. Lal has been our family opthamologist for five years. I wouldn't change anything!!!!!!

Great doctor and great assistant

Dr. Lal is the best! She is so smart and office is friendly. They are all computer based and the portal is easy and allows me to see my visits and also communicate with the office. They are very quick to respond and the office is super- efficient. Great optical shop too. All in one place.

Highly trained doctor that makes me feel comfortable and is very thorough. Takes time to ensure I understand my diagnosis, listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Office is always available, portal is easy to use and allows access to my information. New optical shop with very competitive pricing and great selection. I love my new glasses.

Very rude and aggressive. Asking questions definitely aggravated her. we felt very uncomfortable in her office. Plus the only doctor who collects " deductible estimates " before you even see her. Very odd. Not going back.

All three of my kids see Dr. Lal and she's been amazing with them. She's smart and straight forward. My kids love coming to see her. I highly recommend her.

Obviously she doesn't want many people finding her on here as her last name is completely different! She is completely money hungry! Office staff gave off extremely bad vibes and were very unprofessional. We left as all they wanted was money and refused to take our insurance which her website says that they accept. Will never go to this office again.

I would give a 0 if I could. Rude, money hungry doctor.
