Worst Doctor's Office
He refused to bill my insurance for a required surgery on my back because I smoke 3 cigarettes a day. I am in extreme pain and am unable to stop those 3 cigarettes. He and his staff are rude and refuse to help me. They literally pushed us out the door when the appointment was over.

Had low back surgery by Dr. Randolph in 2014 and am currently 2 weeks out of a 3 level cervical (neck) fusion. Couldn’t recommend Dr. Randolph more highly.

Very prompt and to the point. Suggested a mri to see how much worse it is in my neck. Didnt want to diagnose until I’d had mri.

Yesterday I had my post-surgery exam, and I cannot say enough in praise of Gannon Randolph, M.D. and Amanda Hawes, P.A. The care I received and the outcome of surgery exceeded my expectations. Always communication and explanation conveyed truth and comfort. This morning I have walked, without pain, 1.5 miles and look forward to walking an equal amount this afternoon. Before surgery almost half of each day was devoted to pain induced tears and minimal activity to avoid pain. I have my life back and look forward to hiking and traveling again. Thank you to both and to the rest of their medical team.

This is the worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. He is a zero, which is not allowed here or I would have done so. Walks in tells a joke about difference between a surgeon and God, answer: God can’t do surgery! Ok. I’m thinking he has a God complex I’ve seen before in my life as an RN. An RN friend was with me. Spent 13 minutes with me— told a long story about an elephant and zebra, metaphorically—never addressed my MRI—never addressed x-rays—I don’t think he ever looked. AVOID. App 1/07

Dr. Randolph performed a spinal fusion for me. He is an expert, and my procedure went just as he explained it would. I found him professional and compassionate with a good sense of humor. His excellent PA and staff made this very scary experience--not quite as scary as it might have been.

Love his upbeat attitude. He makes you feel confident that you're in good hands. When you're in pain, everything seems like a downer, but he lifted me up and made me feel like I could and would succeed with this surgery.
