Doesn't like it when you ask questions. Very cold and doesn't listen to your views. Limited help with glaucoma. She relies on eye drops to fix everything. Unprofessional in many ways.

Excellent physician
I have seen her for years due to eye dryness and risk of glaucoma. She is a top notch professional and knows the best treatment options for eyes. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She explains complex eye terminology, reasons for her diagnosis, answers any questions, and identifies the best treatment recommendations. I would highly recommend her to anyone, including family and friends.

I Won't Be Back
After analyzing my old eyeglasses and an eye exam, Dr. Nair advised it was not possible to further correct my vision with eyeglasses; the prescription would be the same as my current eyeglasses, which were 18 years old. She recommended cataract surgery. I initially agreed, but after fully acquainting myself online with the risk, actual cost and downtime, changed my mind and requested an eyeglasses' prescription. The new prescription failed to correct my vision as well as my 18 year old glasses do. I'll be getting a 2nd opinion from a different practice, and hopefully new glasses as good as my old ones.

Dr. Nair may be competent but she is very cold. Was annoyed when I asked questions and gave no or minimal answers. I was able to schedule an appointment with her in just a few weeks. I should have waited the couple of months to see one of the Costello's.
