Bad Doctor
She doesn’t listen or care about you. You’re simply a # to her and it’s all about the money. I’d avoid her and find another Dr who is willing to treat you with respect and care.

This is a medical group that I would recommend to anyone. Dr. Walters and her NP and staff are always helpful and thorough. I have 3 other friends that go to her and they all feel the same way. Love how they are handling appointments and test during the pandemic.

Went in for a thyroid issue and multiple symptoms and after all blood tests came back that showed a thyroid condition and her office was the only location showing otherwise, she determined that I should try depression medication. Well it ended up being a result of my Birth Control medication I had been on (and informed her of), and after 6 months of being off of it, all symptoms were gone and I felt normal again. Very unfortunate that a doctor's immediate response is to put you on medication for something you didn't even bring up. That seems to be more and more common nowadays sadly.

While I can’t speak to the service of the physician herself I can say her office staff is the worst I have ever come in contact with. First, I am an NP so this is my industry and I understand the importance of keeping appointments but I am also a normal adult with a job and understand that life happens to us all. I made an appointment yesterday (less than 24hrs from the appointment time) Not realizing I had a conflict, I tried to cancel but was told They would have to get the MD permission???

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Walter. She listened to my worries and explained in detail what she believed I should do. She gave me a lot of attention and was very friendly. I look forward to more visits.

If I could give minus stars there couldn't be enough. this is the worse "Doctor" I have ever had in my 59yrs. She sits down at her computer like your aren't in the room, but oh she'll schedule all kinds of tests and then when you get your balance of what your insurance don't cover they will tell you how much to pay each month, but unless you agree to give them access to your Bank Account so they can do auto-pay she turns in over to collection, even if your up to date on your Payments. BEWARE!!

Dr. Walter is the 1st doctor I have ever had that respects my ability to understand my own body. When I tell her This is what I have experienced, she doesn't try to rewrite my story. I drive 20-30 minutes to see her because of this.

I feel like she is not all there. Confused my issues with another patient when I was called on the phone. Likes to blame her assistant for mix ups. Staff is very nice I imagine that's why people go there.
