Dr. Jones denied me basic STD testing on a regular basis (every six months), which as a single, divorced man who is safe is something that matters to me. She refused to call me back and her front desk staff was not forthcoming in communicating. I had to make three phone calls over two weeks to get the picture. I went to Planned Parenthood instead, which confirmed to me the abnormality of Dr. Jones' behavior. I have never heard of a doctor making public health difficult or inhibiting it.

She was rude, unprofessional, and impolite. Because of an error with the insurance, she stated I cannot see you; as I'm sitting on the table ready to be examined. After asking if she was blatantly refusing to provide me treatment, she changed her tone and provided me service. She is a nasty and condescending woman; the worst physician I've ever encountered! UH should think twice about having her practice under their name. Dr. Jones was dismissive, disrespectful, and disgusting!
