Waiting time more than an hour and half, he is making appointments same time to many people and that’s is why it makes so long for waiting time . Also. the waiting area are very small les than 100sqf. and he keeps waiting in that room more than 10 people .To turn in the AC people must ask them to turn it on, And the worst part when you are asking him why he is keeping that long for waiting his answer right away if you have another doctor you can go there or you can wait in your car if you don’t want to wait in the waiting area. He is so stupid he thinks he is the only doctor in this world. Also he is taking advantage of people are being nice and making same time a lot people appointments for charging from medicals and insurances money as much as he can do more and more . That is why so much waiting time and that’s is why being so gritty about money he forget how he spouse to talk and approach his patients . I suggest everyone to make them be on time and make them be appropriate

This Doctor and his staff only thinking about quantity of the patient not quality. They do business instead of the medicine.

Dr. Khoylyan is probably one of the few caring doctors. He is a real DR with a lot of knowledge! He might now have that “let’s chat and see what’s up attitude” but he for sure gives the right diagnosis and treatment. I have an option to any doctor. I chose him because he is always 100% correct with his diagnosis. And I love that he makes sure that medication is 100% needed before he recommends or prescribes! My family and I have 100% trust in our doctor and we are thankful to have him in our lives.

He is a great pediatrician, I’ve been taking my 4 year old here since she was born, no I’m taking my new born as well, he is very knowledgeable I totally recommend.

I was assigned to this doctor not by my choice. I called 3 times to have appointment for my child and I was refused all 3 times. Office stuff very unprofessional. They will make your sick child to wait 3 -4 month before they can give you an appointment. Called already to Medical board of CA and left complain about this issue. Trick is that they are taking new patients but they don't have a time to see your child. 3-4 month to wait. My child was refused in immunization as well, they give me an a

I like this doctor very much. He's very knowledgeable.

I strongly recommend a family to have Dr. Khoyloyan as pediatrician. He listens to parent's concerns and is not pushing on medication if no need. I built trust to Dr. I appreciate how he was gentle with my nephew. I am asking Dr. to review his personnel regarding communication issues over the phone and at front desk. I know you are busy taking time with patients and I am asking to find a way to fix the issue. It's hard to schedule urgent appointments when your precious child is sick and in pain

Dr brushes everything off. Missed TWO diagnosis of serious illnesses. Front staff very rude.

Hi is our lovely doctor!! You always answering for all questions . We never had any problems with him . He is the best one ! He speaks Russian Armenian and English .

If you need to visit him for urgent case he definitely will send you to ER. He isntvrespectful to parents thinking that they are stupid.

I didn't have a good experience with him. We took our baby boy to him and after 3 visits in 6 weeks he said baby has a flat head and needs to wear a special helmet, come on..how comes he didn't notice it before...we got 2 more opinions right after that and non off the doctors recommend that. I'm not impressed with his approach at all...great office staff.though.
