Front office staff are a nightmare
Gosh, where do I start? This is one of the most dysfunctional and poorly run front offices in a medical facility that I have ever experienced in my 60 plus years on this planet. Suffice it to say that the front office folks are incompetent, lazy, and they promise things that do not happen. They promise calls will be returned, nothing happens. They promise to send your claim to the right place for processing, nothing happens. Months go by. Nothing. I've had to file a formal complaint with my carrier about this joke of an office. I could go on and on. It's best just to stay away from the Sunnyvale location on El Camino Real!
