Keep your children away from her
This Dr Gabrielle Rebecca Glasser needs to have her license taken away as well as all the doctors involved with my sons case. I begged her and the doctors to help my son because his neurological onset. Tests came back elevated for Anti GAD65 which is brain inflammation caused by encephalitis. She kept telling me the result was normal and now almost a year later they are doing a IVIG that I begged for them to do to help my son. Now my son may have perm brain damage caused from this and other elevated testing that Kaiser doctors ALL said its normal. Dr Whelan at UCLA got involved after half a year of asking them to refer and his diagnoses is attached. This woman is pure evil and heartless.

We didn't have a good experience with this doctor. She gave my daughter headache preventive medicine that caused so many other health issues and it took her almost a week to get back to us once we sent her an e-mail through Kaiser portal. She finally told us to stop this medicine for several days and prescribed another one right away with no explanations or directions. To go over my daughters' MRI results, she told me to schedule a phone appointment, so that ended up being in 3 weeks! Just terrible.

While in her care, I have unfortunately felt that her communication skills are lacking in that she rarely educates the patient about their diagnosis, treatment plans, expected outcomes, or options. When discussing test results, her behavior tends to be that she would be willing to put in a referral or request for other tests or consults if you wish, but never offers any opinion on if she feels it is important, or necessary, nor offers anything allowing you to make an informed choice. It was only after multiple messages that she did put in a referral to a doctor who was actually able to accurately diagnose my condition, which she had not been able to do for multiple years.
