Dr Gutman seemed very nice however her office staff at the Medford NJ location is incompetent.
Nobody answers the phones live. Over 1 hour hold time every time I called for help and nobody picks up the calls I had to hang up and have yet to receive help. Just Awful how the staff treats patients.

Had I known Dr. Gabriella Gutman was not a good doctor at all, I would not have wasted my time seeing her. Her office literally refused to hire an interpreter, never read med records that were sent over to this office, never took the time to explain anything (and she pretended she spent a lot of time explaining back problems when she in fact never said a word this truly appalled me and so on) and she hardly checked my back pains. I would never want to see Dr Gabriella Gutman again and certainly would NEVER recommend her to anyone ! Seeing Dr. Gabriella Gutman was a pure waste of my time and money.

Dr. Gutman, takes that extra time to hear your full pain condition, and make a treatment plan that works. The fact that she will work with your other whole body doctors to cover the medicine treatments that will attack your pain is amazing.

I did not feel that she addressed my complaints. She ordered an xray which I feel did not focus on the area of my distress. I felt dismissed, rushed and devalued. I will not return to see her.
