Our world connected when we were going through the fertility journey. After going through multiple reviews of IVF doctors, we chanced upon him when we had to go to his office in Smithtown (under Northwell Health) on a weekend (as our usual office location is closed on weekends). We met him and was so taken away by his manners, knowledge, and personality that we decided to switch clinics.His wonderful personality was felt and spread throughout the small clinic. All his staff carried the same cheerful and positive attitude. We loved him and his team so much we made the extra drive (1 hour each way) for our fertility visits with him.We had since successfully popped a baby after multiple rounds and owe it to him and his team. Their positive vibes kept us going through the very tiring journey.I wish him all the best as he moves on to his new practice (from Northwell) and am very confident his new team would soak up the same energy and great vibes that Dr. Sanroman exudes.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. San Roman and his staff. I felt confident every step of the way that I was in good hands. You aren’t just a number, but you feel like family. Highly recommend.

Dr. SanRoman and his staff made our whole fertility journey less difficult. From making appointments, to weekly blood/sonos, countless questions and more shots than we can keep count of… we were always taken care of with a friendly smile. Our family is expanding because of Smithtown Fertility.

My husband has muscular dystrophy which led us to do IVF. I did 2 egg retrievals and 1 embryo transfer with Dr. SanRoman. The 1st retrieval yielded only 1 embryo which was diseased. The 2nd yielded 15 embryos then went down to 4 which yielded only 1 healthy embryo. We ultimately did the transfer and it did not take. During this process of highs and lows Dr SanRoman has called me a case study, an experiment, and told me people will use me in their studies to learn from my situation. None of that was said in an appropriate manner when your IVF process isn’t going to plan. while discussing my concerns about being able to afford another trial he decided it was appropriate to show me the listing for his $7 million home for sale. He is arrogant, cannot accept his own failures, and has a total god complex. When I mentioned the idea of seeing another doctor he quickly got off the phone and emailed me a record release form within seconds. I guess he’s done with me.

Dr. San Roman and his are absolutely amazing!! Everyone is so kind and compassionate! I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did for me. Truly an amazing office.

Dr. San Roman and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. I was a patient for over a year and a half and everyone, down to reception, always made me feel completely taken care of. His nurses and ultrasound techs treated me like I was part of their family. I would 100% recommend Dr. San Roman's practice.

Went in Smithtown Fertility being told that the only way I would be able to get pregnant was through IVF. Went into SanRoman’s had a lovely conversation with him, ran test and my husband trusted him so much, that he was finally willing to give his sample. They ran tests, everything came back great. We did the ovulation kits, followed along to their professional advice and ended up getting pregnant without help other than their positivity! I’m so pleased and would refer them to everyone and anyone having issues even if it’s stress related!

Dr. San Roman and his team are super thoughtful, friendly, and take their time with you. You're never waiting too long. From receptionists to nurses, everyone is kind and professional. You are treated like a family friend there. Highly recommend this amazing team!

Dr. San Roman's is a man of challenges. He is brilliant and very expert. He takes each case as the only case and very personal. He is always ready with the best plan. He selected the best staff. The nurses are caring, supportive and very professional. I have spent two years in their care and I loved every single day with them. I can't say enough about them. They gave me the joy of being pregnant from IVF.

The road to having a child can be rough and it is important to have a doctor and staff who care and are rooting for you. This is exactly the support I recieved from Dr. San Roman and his staff. They were all accomodating and kind and were there for me every step of the way. Dr. San Roman was kind, funny and very thorough in explaining every step of the journey we would embark on. I am now pregnant with my first child, which we concieved via IVF. I am incredibly thankful for Dr. San Roman and his staff, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Dr. Sanroman is not your average Doctor. He is warm, inviting, funny, and treats you like a person he is out to lunch with rather than just another patient in his day. He is so positive and hopeful that you start to feel hopeful too. He never rushes you out which I always found very different from other Doctors. Nothing to be afraid of or worried about. I highly recommend working with him on your fertility journey. Going through this is never easy but it makes a difference when you are surrounded by people who whole heartedly care. Thank you so much for everything.

I started out with this office in December 2020. My husband and I were trying for awhile. Because of my age I decided to seek help one day and just happened to see the name of this office and thought to myself, why not. From my first consultation to my last visit everyone has been so sweet and helpful. Dr Gabe, NP Dawn, NP Jen, their nurses and ultrasound technicians were amazing. I always felt comfortable there. They make every patient feel important and my visits never felt rushed. I left each visit feeling heard and all my questions answered. My IVF was successful and when I graduated ( moved on to a obgyn) from there I felt like I didn't want to leave. They become your safe space because they understand what you are going through . They are compassionate, caring, considerate and patient. I will always recommend this office to anyone that asks. They are amazing

From my first appointment through my latest (pregnant with first child now). Dr. San Roman has been such a positive, supportive and caring doctor. Ones fertility journey can truly be a struggle but I never gave up knowing Dr. San Roman was leading the ship. He has an excellent team that supports him and I feel everyone in his office has been rooting for me and my future baby throughout my journey. There in no one else to go to on LI and am so glad I made the decision to do IVF with Dr. San Roman (who now feels like family). Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. San Roman's office is a friendly, welcoming, and warm environment. I attended the practice for almost 2 years, and during every visit I was met with nurses and staff who were incredibly professional and courteous in how they treated me. If you are looking for help with fertility issues, this is the place to start.

We worked with Dr. Sanroman and his staff for about a year in our fertility journey, and everyone there is very helpful and caring. We did one IUI and decided to go to IVF, we were lucky that we were successful in the first round. The office in Commack is very organized and clean, and they are very flexible with appointments. The NP’s (Dawn & Jenn) are the ones that you will see on a weekly basis, and only meet with Dr. Sanromán a few times for specific conversations or procedures. The rest of the staff is very nice as well, including the secretaries, nurses, RNs, financial aid, etc.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. San Roman, staff and the office as a whole! Such incredibly caring, personable people. I have been going to this office for years and these people have become family. I get teary eyed writing this review because my journey has been so long and difficult and these incredible people have been with me every step of the way. I am so grateful to have found this place where positivity, laughter and love is found everywhere. I imagine this is a difficult speciality to work in and this staff was made for it! I LOVE YOU ALL and I will never forget the kindness and welcoming you always offered!

Dr. San Roman is by far one of the most personable and caring doctors I have ever encountered. Thanks to Dr. San Roman and his staff my husband and I will be welcoming our little girl this fall!
