One of the best podiatrists is Dr. Gabriel Maislos
One of the best podiatrists is Dr. Gabriel Maislos. He operated on my foot and relieved my agony. He is very talented in his field and holds a board certification. I had a great experience and felt well-cared for the entire time. He can also speak Spanish, which really came in handy for me.

The doctors were very patient and informative
The staff at this location was polite and timely for appointments. If you arrive on time for check-in, you are called to the back. The doctors were very patient and informative. They did a great job of educating me about my child's procedure and aftercare guidelines. Very thorough. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to everyone.

Mine is pretty consistent with the more negative reviews. He seemed nice, but I was surprised to see how long he kept me waiting for my appointment. Got there early to fill out paperwork. Then taken to the room where the nurse got me settled. Must have felt like 30-40 minutes before he came in. Overall, I felt like he was pushing for the laser treatment, which is next door to his office. Paid at least $200 for the nail biopsy and now getting a bill 9 months later from the lab which is in Dallas. Should have gone to a closer doctor, but my PCP referred me so I felt obligated to go. His partner seemed more helpful for the follow up visit and the combination of what my PCP prescribed and the topical I got from his office help clear up my condition. Unfortunately, I got a shady feeling from him.

Excellent podiatrist! I have been seeing Dr. Maislos for many years for a multitude of problems with my feet. He has treated fungus, ingrown toenails, neuromas, bunions and hammertoes. Dr. Maislos takes time to explain issues and treatment options. He is a skilled surgeon and my feet have healed well with no issues. Highly recommend this practice!

I wish I would have had a better experience like the other reviewers did. He had good reviews and I wanted to see if he could help me with my foot pain. His demeanor seemed irritable, and he acted like I was an annoyance to deal with instead of a pleasure to see. When he sensed I wasn't interested in his laser therapy, injections, or cream (not covered by insurance), he ended the appointment. I've never been treated like that before and was in shock. The following week I sought a second opinion and it turns out that I did not have a nueroma, an elevated first ray, or hallux limitus. The new doctor I went to see simply helped me make a new pad of support for my shoes, and told me to soak my feet in warm water for a few days. The pain went away after 2 days. I later found out that this doctor just wants to give injections. I'm glad I trusted my gut and sought a second opinion. It was a strange and dissappoining experience.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gabriel Maislos. He succeeded in diagnosing my foot problem where many other doctors have failed. He is highly competent and very personable. I found him to be compassionate, honest, and friendly. I have since referred many family members to see him. I suffered from persistent heel pain for years and Dr. Maislos was able to cure me after only a few visits.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Maislos?
Dr. Maislos ordered several unnecessary tests before I even saw him that cost me several thousand dollars and had no effect on my care. He then sent me an expensive compound pain cream that he made with a small pharmacy (not a CVS or Walgreens or anywhere that carries standard medications) despite me telling him that I did not want pain medication. I was unable to cancel the order, so I had to physically take the cream back to the pharmacy to avoid paying for it.
