Dr Galan is always upbeat and at the same time comforting. He always makes time to answer questions and you feel like you’re his biggest priority of the day. His staff is very kind and helpful. I’ve had 2 surgical procedures by him and I’m extremely pleased with the results, the healing time, the medical advice and encouragement through both procedures.

Total lack of patient care
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Kalam’s office. I had an appointment and ended up waiting over an hour in the waiting room, along with three other patients who were also frustrated by the delay. When I asked the staff how long it would take to be seen, they couldn’t provide an answer. On top of that, I wasn’t allowed to leave to grab something to eat and come back without losing my spot.I spoke with the office manager, who explained that the office schedules appointments knowing they can’t keep up with the timing. This practice is disrespectful to patients’ time and completely unacceptable. I understand delays happen, but this level of disregard for communication and proper scheduling is frustrating.I hope the office reconsiders how they manage appointments because this kind of experience makes it very hard to trust their professionalism.
