He needs to see a therapist
Dr. Edmonson used to care about and take time to listen to his parents. But the last couple times I've seen him he has been distracted, hurried and unprofessional. I have been seeing him for 4 years. This year he has obviously been going through something. If he has personal issues he needs to get help. If he no longer wants to be a physician he needs to choose a different profession. He is a good guy who used to be a great doctor. I hope he gets the help he needs.

Approachable, likes to talk but at the end doesn't care. I had strange bloodwork for months and begged him to send me to a specialist. He refused, citing "saving costs" (I have great insurance). Made me wonder whether he works for me or the insurance company. Wasted months arguing with him about my results, treated me like I am a simpleton. Tried to suggest my headaches are my own fault (stress), refused to send me for a CT as well, even though my headaches started acquiring visual disturbances as well (he was told, yes). Overall, nice guy to chat with and pleasant but not a very good doctor.
