Today I had my post-op meeting with Dr. Hill following surgery at the Riverwalk Ambulatory Surgery Center two weeks ago. As always, Dr. Hill was attentive to my comments and questions, and clear in his explanations. When it had become apparent that I needed urological medical care, I chose Dr. Hill because of the excellent care he had given my husband several years ago for prostate cancer. His diagnoses are presented clearly, in the context of one's age and general health, and with reference to the best options available for care. I would recommend Dr.Hill highly for consultation, diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Hill does not listen well or like to be challenged. First meeting his appointments were running over 1.5 hours late. When I suggested that his staff might consider communicating known delays to patients at check in it did not go over well. Instead of just saying, You know, you are right and is a great idea for improving our customer service, I received a list of reasons of him saving lives at the hospital as if I should just accept the fact that I was even graced with his presence.

This was my last visit to Dr. Hill for hopefully some time now and I wanted to thank him for all he has done. When I started treatment I was a mess and now I feel like I have my life back. Wonderful office and the doctor is doing wonderful things.

Appt. was on time after the first one. Dr. Hill explained everything very well. He advised that for the problems I was having he knew the perfect doctor to take care of me. He referred me to Dr. Castelucci and I have been good since my visit with him.
