I have struggled with finding a psychiatrist who genuinely cares about the patient and finding the proper treatment - but this guy is incredible. Not only does he spend the amount of time necessary during each visit (and really listens), but he truly LISTENS to the patient and comes up with a plan WITH them for their treatment. I have very high anxiety when it comes to doctors and medications of any kind, but he always works with me. That is very important. He cares about your wellbeing.

Dr Hayashi is a very caring doctor. He listens and he realytries the best way to resolve or help you get through whatever you are going through. He is very smart. I was diagnosed with gastroperisis. After my diagnosis I wasn't given any medication from the GI dr. I was so sick I had absolutely no appetite. I had severe depression and severe anxiety. he gave me a medicine for depression which also is use for grastroperisis. I was able to eat again and felt so much better.I highly recommend him
