I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for about 30 years also my dad ,husband, son a really great Dr. we will really miss you good luck with your retirement

Dr Johnson has been our family physician for over 30 years. He’s everything you’d want in a family doctor. Well informed, kind, through, good listener, positive attitude & a very humorous person. A trip to the doctor was not a traumatic experience no matter what the problem. We are going to miss him! Hope he has a wonderful retirement! Then there’s always the downside! So far nothing good has come out of our dealing with the new owners Valley Oaks. I think their in California & they answer the phone on California time not Texas! 2 hour delay

staff is ill equip to deal with the public they are undertrained in virus precautions as illustrated in lack of masks in the office and how to handle a potential patient I started seeing Dr Johnson when I was 10 and now 44 so you do the math. My whole family has gone to him and he is a great doctor. the staff treated me as though i had never been there and would not see me because i did not bring a covid test (which hello Auschwitz) I thought I still lived in America. Anyway they would not see me or pretend to make an appointment for me, mind you this is on a Monday afternoon around 1:30 no other patients where in waiting room. I felt so bad so i left the manager Vicki? called my wife to tell her i left upset and that i could come back and they would put a n95 mask on me to see me last time i checked your a doctors office why let me get to that point before suggesting that. Lack of training. I have found several related views where the doctor is great staff sucks

We moved here from Illinois 14 years ago and we needed a family doctor. From the 1st visits Dr. made us feel comfortable and takes the time to answer questions and explains clearly to understand. He is very thorough and brings humor in our visit which we appreciate and see how much he cares about his patients! We highly recommend Dr. Johnson!

Always prompt. Always available. Staff is great! Doc is no nonsense, yet kind and caring.

I love Dr. Johnson. He has a great personality, and he spends plenty of time and listens to what I have to say. He's very thorough. However, his office staff are often rude and unhelpful. They are seriously in need of customer service training. It is almost impossible to get results if you need to resolve any kind of billing issue. The staff are curt and uncaring on the phone. It is almost enough to make me want to find a new doctor.

I had been a patient of Dr Johnson for 10+ years. Apparently I owed them $5 from a copay at some point, and received 0 calls and 1 letter which I honestly forgot about. Monday I received a second letter that informed me that they were going to send the $5 bill to a collection agency. I called and settled my bill but will not be going back. I will miss the nurses there but clearly 10 years of patient loyalty means nothing when a Lincoln is on the line.

Have been with Dr Johnson for many years. He is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and makes me feel as though I am important. I would highly recommend him to a new patient.

Dr Johnson has been our family physician for more than 25 years. He is caring, knowledgeable and does not hesitate to refer to a specialist when necessary. He has a great sense of humor when appropriate. I don't think one could have a better primary care/ family physician than Dr. Johnson.

Usually able to get in in 10-15 minutes. Wait times can be longer due to situations outside their control (ie seasonal issues). Helps to use the nurse practitioner on routine issues. I have used Dr. Johnson for 20 years and trust his knowledge and believe he is dedicated to treating his patients with the best possible care, integrity and professionalism.
