My Son has been seeing Dr. Fletcher for many years and he has always taken a special interest in his life and how he is doing. He spends time to listen to what Michael has to say patiently. Michael considers Dr Fletcher his Buddy!! He is the most personable Doctors we have ever seen. He is also a Top Rate Surgeon to boot!! Thank You Dr. Fletcher so much also your staff are the best. Always respond so quickly to any calls and no question is ever stupid to them or you. Myself 9Mike's Mom) and Mike can not thank you all enough.

I met Dr. Fletcher when I was told I needed both my hips replaced. Because I live alone, arranging for one, much less two, surgeries would be challenging. As Dr. Fletcher and I compared schedules, I asked if he could do both at once. He paused for a moment, said he had done two at once in the past and felt I was a good candidate for that procedure. My surgery was quick and easy for me and three days later I walked a leisurely 2 miles with zero difficulty. His demeanor while in the office is kind and responsive. Many of his colleagues could learn from him!

Dr Fletcher completed a total hip replacement on me two years ago. His communication skills are to be modeled as he is clear calm and is able to explain options, the procedure and the plan of care with expertise and kindness. I am very active as a cyclist and ski instructor and he included me every step of the way in planning how to get me back to full activity. I am so thankful and appreciative. The orthopedic team approaches the care to address each detail from pre-op to post-op I had recommendations and they were received with respect and caring. I have recommended several friends and family to the OrthoPedic NY Practice and will request their services as required.

No one minds the 90-minute wait to see Dr. Fletcher. He is attentive, kind, highly skilled and we know we are in the care of a master surgeon. My knee is fabulous. I Thankfully move with ease and joy. And I know several who have expressed the same gratefulness for Dr. Fletcher's care.

For me, worth the wait. It was over an hour after my scheduled appointment but I knew that when I was in the room, Dr F would give me his undivided attention and answer my questions

I had my left knee and left hip replaced by Dr. Fletcher. He always answers all my questions, listens to my concerns and explains what I can expect. Both procedures went very well. His staff is excellent and they take great care of you before and after surgery. I’m now at the stage that I will have yearly follow up appointments. My right hip also has arthritis but no significant pain at this time.

Dr. Fletcher was very thorough checking and discussing both knees. Having had surgery for left, we discussed surgery for the right knee and time. Hoping to schedule for spring of 25, we discussed it and he administered a Cortisone shot on right knee, which has certainly helped my mobility and working the right knee. Was an outstanding quickly scheduled appointment.

Outstanding in every way! Wish there were many more like him. He never rushes through your appointment & answers all questions thoroughly. He is kind, considerate & compassionate. He treats you as an adult with a brain ~ He is definitely 1 in a million!
