Dr Rowe saw our daughter several years ago. She had been unstable, and doctors were unable to find an effective treatment. Dr. Rowe clearly explained the symptoms and diagnosis, as well as explaining why our daughter's condition was not something else. He was the first doctor to get her stable for her BiPolar Disorder and his treatment kept her stable for next 10+ years. I would highly recommend Dr. Rowe is you are able to see him.
