The staff is not compassionate to the ill people and their needs. Very discourteous, not supportive or helpful at all. Let us go in there and run up a bill without bothering to inform us that this doctor is out of network, which I was under the impression he was IN NETWORK due to my insurance company's website listing him. No one bothered to make sure my husband and I understood. Insurance and all the mess that comes with it is not always easily understood by regular people, people not in the profession. Now, already on medication and needing followup visits, my husband has to find another doctor, before he runs out.
