I had a medical procedure and Dr. McCrumb was my anesthesiologist. He was nice enough to call me ahead of time to answer questions and explain my preop directions. This made a big difference in my comfort level . The day of the procedure ,he explained things again and was also very thoughtful with the person accompanying me.
