RUN AWAY
Run,,,,,, Run,,,, Run away if you intend on have Dr (Dr Ha!) Muhletaler even touch your body. The worst experience in my life. Not only cause of cancer, because I turned to Muhletaler. He is the most insensitive person I've ever meet. Not only after two years after me surgery I having problems still, when I was under his care, (Care Ha!) he was rude, abrupt, uncaring and irresponsible.Postponed surgery 3 times. Never was anything but rude and cocky. He treated me like I was lucky to have him. Didn't prep me on anything. Didn't offer ANY information unless I asked a question, and then made me feel stupid. His office also reported the wrong fee to my insurance and it cost me more then it should've.I would not let this man operate my TV remote control. I just scratched the surface. I have so many horror stories I could right but you wouldn't have the time to read them all. So.....Run........... Find someone who cares about you, not money.

Woke up with excruciating pain from kidney stones. Hospitalized Sunday Dr. M put a Stent in me the next day. Then his office visit was easy to schedule the staff assist with compassion. Needed paperwork filled out for work 19 pages and the office did this within 24hours no worries or stress. Had another surgery to have the kidney stone remove Dr. M was there early to greet me and insure everything was going be okay and the pain will shortly be over. I plan to continue my service wit Dr. M and definitely will refer him to friends and family. His office is clean and relaxing staff are friendly for the most part. A little rushed but they get job done. This wasn't to much of an issue as I like to be in and out

My visits were rushed. He did not supply detailed answers. I only had to wait 10 minutes the first visit but the second visit was 40 minutes in the waiting room

I was referred to the doctor for kidney stones. My first visit was super rushed as I was told he had to leave early that day. My 2nd appointment for follow up was just as bad very rushed. I am a 55 year old man. He never even examined me, he sat at his computer not one time in either appointment did he do anything except type on his computer. Now I know I was there for stones oh yes he told me to drink a lot, But no Psa test etc. As a matter of fact he never asked about my health at all. He charged me 2 co-pays and now I will still have to see another doctor so I can feel confident that I am ok.

My husband's experience could not have been better! An excellent surgeon, an excellent man, Dr. Muhletaler did everything we needed with warm, attentive service. The office was very responsive and supportive. If you need his services, you will not find anyone better.

Muhletaler was a huge mistake. His staff was not supportive when complications occurred after surgery. Staff didn’t respond to numerous calls and gave simple advice. His MA gave medically dangerous advice, e.g., she advised that I should not go to the emergency room and should use a suppository. When Muhletaler visited me, twice, after being readmitted, he showed no remorse for his staff’s lack of support or the fact that I had two large abscesses at the surgery site. Later in his office he discounted the fact that I had a continuous fever and wrote me off at that point. As I write, it has been six weeks since the surgery and I am still recovering with the help of an infectious disease specialist and a gastroenterologist. Only giving one start as I did not die on the operating table.

Disappointing at best. Dr. Muhletaler was 1 hour late to the appointment. During the visit, he turned his back to me to be on his computer while I explained my symptoms. It was not only rude but he missed what I said. My husband had to reiterate it and only then did Dr. Muhletaler turn around and speak to me directly. He recommended that I have a simple procedure to look inside my bladder and reassured me that it wasn't painful. I was given a local numbing gel for the procedure. Once it began, it was apparent that it was going to be more painful than what I had been told. He continued on. Afterwards, as I was laying on the table in tears, breathing deeply, trying to control myself, he stood awkwardly by waiting. And then launched into a series of questions, which probably should have been asked in my 1st visit. His level of patient care is below par. Dr. Muhletaler treats his patients as if they are wasting his time. There is little to no explanation and/or empathy.

After I had my first appointment I had confidence going into the surgery. The surgery went well, however two weeks later one of the incisions became infected and I was hospitalized for nine days. Dr. Muhletaler saw me in the hospital and said that he had nothing to do with the issue and washed his hands of any responsibility for the infection. In addition to the infection I developed an abdominal hernia in the area of the original surgery. The hernia repair was completed in early February.

Dr. Muhletaler is great. He was very thorough in his case review and took the time to explain the diagnosis as well as answer any questions. The procedure went just as stated.

Was admitted unexpectedly to hospital with kidney stone attack. Staff told me he could not be reached to see same or next day. Took extra days until surgery performed with delays due to doc coordination. Had 2:15 appointment post op in office. Not seen until 4pm although I was told I was second patient. Put code in as office visit although short post surgical procedure was performed - cost me additional co-pay.
