Receptionist or rude I’m more worried about talking to one another in their cell phones the place is very outdated and takes a long time to get anything back

The Secretary at window is rude and very unfriendly. I have to come weekly for allergy shots. This place is always packed. Wait time is 1.5 hrs to 2.5 hrs from check in to finish shot and 30 min wait after shot, ridiculous! Girls in back are friendly doctor is ok. Wish there was a better option. Dread sitting in waiting room forever.
