Dr. Fred Glasser, MD

There was a mix up In my appointment. My father in law was traveling here from Another state. T he office staff was so rude and unaccommodating. After my 95 year old father in law fell on the ground, nobody would come out to help me get him up. Horrible horrible office staff. The girl just dismissed me while she was on the phone and let him stay on the ground.

Was having a problem catching my breath and Dr Glasser examined me and decided the hospital would be the best bet and it was. Thank you again Dr Glasser

Excellent Dr. Glasser explained my condition Clearly and in detail. I found his diagnosis was helpful He was very profession and asked the right questions which made me comfortable

I took a Sleep Apnea test and 5 months later and after several follow-up calls all I have heard are crickets from Dr. Glasser, the entire office staff but I did receive my bill for the test results I never received. Extrmely disappointed in NYU Langone and I will never use Dr. Glasser again he has shown zero concern for my well being and a potentially dangerous attention to me as a patient and my test results.

I like Dr Glasser very much. I have been around a block a number of times and seen my share of specialists including Pulmonologists. I find the Dr to be the type who prefers to know all about your issues so he can really help you. He does not us3 the cookie cutter method, each patient is handled differently based on their unique needs. I plan to continue to keep seeing Dt Glasser for a long time since my condition is cannot be cured, but I am sure he will make me feel as if it has been by excellent methodology.

Dr. Glasser always takes the time to get to know his patients both medically and as a human being.
