Dr. Franky Louis, MD

I don't recommend Dr; Franky. My healthcare was totally mismanaged by him, and by My Care Medical .They are the worst facility that I have ever been to. Previously I was with Dr. Liporace, for around 30 years. Once you go from a Dr. with their own practice to a corporation the care changes. Now I am trying to find another physician with the same level care the I received with Dr. Liporace. Dr. Liporace is now running a concierge service out of Jupiter Medical -which means if you want his care you have to pay about 5k to join. That's to rich for my blood. Very disappointed, and now frustrated.

I've been going to the same office for 15 years. My Doctor was retiring and they had me schedule with Dr Louis who was new to the office. We went over my current treatment and prescriptions. I take a combination of prescriptions not often prescribed together. I've been doing so for years and it's worked really well for me. When it came time for a refill he flat out refused. He said I don't see where you're taking this combo. I literally have the prescription history out of that very same office and he still said that I wasn't taking those medications. He essentially called me a liar without calling me a liar. If he wanted to change things up it should've been something we discussed together. That was enough for me to decide I'll never go to that office or any office with Dr Franky Louis.

Unfortunately our medical visit was not what we expected. Dr. Franky Louis did not made eye contact, heard our medical issues while writting, and even worse, the visit was done because an horible pain and we ended being screening as an annual physical. No questions about the pain, origin, etc, no tests were ordered either. We ended changing our provider. We are not recommending this provider. Dr. Franky does not listen your medical concerns.
