Agree with the comments about staff. Do not know if Dr Roman is aware but he should be. Had a video conference before testing for sleep apnea. During the call I specifically stated I would not use a CPAP machine because I get extreme anxiety from repetitive sounds. Test comes back stating I do have sleep apnea and CPAP was ordered without consulting me. This info came via MyChart and when I tried to get something else I was told I needed to discuss treatment with Dr Roman and their next appointment was in six weeks. I replied that no one discussed the first treatment plan with me so why do I have to wait six weeks for a new one to be formulated? As a result I found the staff to be anything but helpful showing a blatant disregard for the suffering of their patients. I refuse to return to this practice so I’m now going on three months with little to no sleep as I wait for my approaching appt with a sleep doc that I hope listens to me.

Helped me get a CPAP via in-person sleep study after take-home study was inconclusive. Took time to explain the process and my options at each step, but was still very quick. Would definitely recommend for sleep issues.

I used to see Dr Frankie Roman a few years ago and he was the best neurologist I've ever seen took his time to speak with you to find out exactly what's wrong with you instead of doing all these expensive tests that other neurologist in the area wanted to do. He was the only one who could find medication to control my narcolepsy when he retired all other doctors wanted to do was charge me a bunch of money for useless tests I truly miss him and if he is still in practice I would like to know even though I live in Florida I would come all the way up there just to see him

Reason for the rating isnt because of doc. He is great. Over the past 4 yrs his staff was rude, incompetent and lazy. W/out any notice Dr. Roman "left" the practice & they REFUSE to see any of his patients leaving almost 2,000 w/out vital medication & assistance. The practice isn't phased by this. DO NOT see a doc here because you don't want to be in limbo like so many of us who are hoping Dr. Roman joins another practice soon. Apparently "the do know harm" language in thier creed is meaningless

I would highly recommend Dr. Roman to family and friends he truly has helped me resolve sleep issues (not apnea). I felt he was very professional and expressed a high level of compassion.

Love Dr. Roman. Great listener and knows his stuff. My complaint is his staff. Just horrible. They are rude and more importantly incompetent. They don't return phone calls and thier follow up with test and prescription refills is poor at best. You work for a physician. If you can't show some empathy and do your job in a timely manner find another job. Because of his staff I'll be finding another sleep doctor. Unfortunate.

Prescribed my son a CPap for his sleep apnea. My son iS in Texas until June. His CPap broke and they will not write a Prescription identical to what he had so he can Get a replacement unless they see him. They are willing to risk his health by going without Until he comes back in June
