Fantastic Surgeon!
Dr. Warren is one of the few surgeons who performs the type of surfer's ear surgery I needed. Not only was he attentive, thoughtful and articulate, he did a great job with my surgeries.

Unfortunately, not a good experience for me
I was diagnosed with a small acoustic neuroma in 2019. I had disabling symptoms of motion sickness, vertigo, unsteady gait and imbalance. I had to stop working, driving, swimming, running and biking. I was referred to Dr. Warren by me PCP. I could not get an appointment for two months, and was told I was not a “priority” according to his medical assistant. Dr. Warren said the symptoms were not from the tumor (too small)and diagnosed me with vestibular migraines. After several office visits and being sick for 4 months, he offered me surgery. I had already set up a second opinion with Dr. Backous in Seattle. My office visit there was within a week and my successful surgery at Swedish was within two weeks. Hopefully, TheOregon Clinic has improved its services by now for people diagnosed with this tumor.

After over 9 months of treatment for a type of vertigo that was NOT improving, I was referred to Dr. Warren. He listen patiently, began a course of treatment, answered my questions at the time and encourage me to stay in contact. I began to improve and, although I still have more time to put in to resolve this, I am very grateful for his persistence, medical expertise and hope. His staff is respectful and timely in communicating with me.

I was told by Dr Warren that "spontaneous perilymph fistulas do not exist." I asked him why fluid was seen leaking out of my round AND oval windows during the fistula repair surgery, and he replied "must have been lidocaine." He diagnosed me with Migraine Associated Vertigo, despite my surgically-confirmed PLF. If you fit into the box he wants to put you in, maybe he's an ok doctor, but I never went back. I would avoid him if you suspect you have a PLF.

I was referred to Dr. Warren for an issue that he specializes in. He saw me within a few days even though he has a very busy schedule. He immediately had me see a neurosurgeon who he works with and, together they took care of my problem. He even came to see me in the hospital on his week off, meant a great deal to me. He is an excellent physician, and I would recommend him to anyone. He knows his stuff!! His staff are also extremely caring, all good people. Thank you for my great care!

I went to Dr. Warren after experiencing significant hearing loss in my left ear. He was able to quickly diagnose the reason for my hearing loss and we scheduled an appointment for a surgery that would remove the benign cyst that was contributing to my hearing loss. As a result of his expertise and ability to quickly locate the issue no further damage was done to my hearing and my hearing was eventually restored to almost normal. He was also the doctor that did the surgery.
