Not a patient oriented doctor
Visited Valeri twice. He was '99% sure nothing was wrong with me' but recommended I wear a holter monitor but did not expect to see me again. After the wearing and returning the monitor the results were analyzed and a follow up was scheduled - no details listed. Reviewed notes from the holter monitor test, last visit notes written by Valeri, came to the appointment with questions. My impression from the last visit was that he would be positive, talkative and helpful. After waiting 15-20 minutes he walked in and it was immediately apparent by his tone upon responding to my first question that he did not want to answer questions. I am giving Valeri 1 star is because I asked him what does 'scattered rhonchi at base of lungs' mean? This was a note written from my last visit with him. He responded by saying he didn't know what that was or have any idea where I got the info in a condescending tone. He left the office and never came back, nurse came after 15 mins and checked me out.

Have not been pleased with working with him at all. I have met with him twice (today my second time) and won't be back. He's not willing to listen to your concerns and actually talk to you about them. He completely disregarded my concerns of side effects I thought I was having and said that the medicine wouldn't cause them even though I referenced several website that listed mine as side effects. Unfortunately, he only talks AT you instead of listening. I had the same experience on both visits.
