Dr. Titone is a fantastic Ophthalmologist! The past comments are very invalid. The staff is amazing and is great with patients. Dr. Titone takes amazing care of his patients. He is also very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend him!

I do not have too many complaints about the doctor himself.The front desk is terrible. The supervisor acts like a Catholic grade school principal to the patients. Lots of patients have complained to Dr.Titone but to no avail. She even over charges co-payments. Thinking that the buck stops with the doctor I even complained but no resolution. Thinking, the best way would be to leave him, both my husband and myself left him for a different one who is fantastic. "Dr.Titone change the supervisor".

The physician is OK to deal with though he gives a run around to increase your visits for co payments. The office staff is the one that gets on your nerves. She (head honcho!) is extremely rude and abrupt. The only thing she is interested in your insurance card and co-payment. Both my wife and myself were patients for a while but we changed the ophthalmologist. I even complained to Dr.Titone about the front desk and he said he would take care of it but never did. He also had a lot of complaints.
