Give credit where credits due. I’ve been blessed with a doctor, who honestly cares about his patients. It’s a feel good being treated like a person and not a number. When waiting for your exam, you’re guaranteed it’s going to be worth your time. Dr. Frank Rutigliano is thorough. I’m ‘living’ proof. I was diagnosed with rectal cancer the week before Christmas of 2023, then I had two surgeries in one day on September 16th which included my rectal tumor and 19 polyps being removed, followed on December 30th by a reversal surgery.
