Dr Quayle “accidentally” perforated my husband’s appendix during surgery then shames him for not being out of discomfort 4 days later. He also forgot completely about his post op appointment and seemed to think he did the surgery weeks earlier. He was arrogant and treated my husband like some worthless human. I am shocked and disgusted. I will be making a complaint to Mercy and to the medical board.

Dr. Quayle is an outstanding surgeon. He cares very much for his patients, and I firmly believe he saved my husband's life. He worked to get him the best care, including arranging for him to remain in the ICU after he might have been downgraded to a lesser-care area of the hospital. He told us to call him any time day or night if we had questions or concerns, provided excellent follow-up care, and has an amazing, caring 'bedside-manner' that both my husband and I appreciated so much.

I reported you to the Vetrans administration, for the way you treated me. You will Never have the privilege of another veteran as you so called patient. You have been put the list of Dr. Not to call by Vetrans Choice Program. Shameful.
