The most important quality a doctor can have is simply listening to the patient. From my experience Dr. Pelosi is more interested in the sound of his own voice, and clearly thinks he knows all. Repeatedly he would ask me a question and then cut me off three words into my answer. It was extremely frustrating, arrogant and rude. Why ask me a question if you already think you know the answer, or don't really care what my answer is. Not to mention how can a doctor expect to give proper treatment like that. He ended up pawning me off on his NP, who in her own way had an equally unpleasant personality. They clearly deserve each other. The rest of the staff was awesome. During a couple visits I tactfully asked a few of them if he was always like that, and was told he treated the support staff the same way. Neither Pelosi or his NP helped me in any way. I currently have to wish to see either of them ever again.

How does this guy deserve a good rating? He is horrible. Zero bedside manner and incompetent as well. He messed me up and now will not release my records. Six attempts from other doctors offices later and still no response from U of M. Don't walk away from this quack. Run!
