Dr. Frank Morales, MD

Dr. Morales shows his knowing about medicine when reading a lab test, but beside that he is nothing else. He hospitalized my mother with a very complicated health condition. My mother had other doctors but been Morales her primary physician, he was the the lead and in charge of giving her the medical treatment. During her staying at the hospital Dr. Morales didn’t take care of my mother’s wellbeing. Whatever’s instructions others health care add to her record he managed as his recommendation. He showed lack of humanity, sensibility, and engagement for my mother who always trusted on his knowledge and sympathetic (hypocrisy). Dr. Morales sent my mother home to die, and didn’t prepared us for the end. He applied for homecare services but she was discharged because of her health condition. Homecare requested Dr. Morales to approve hospice service but he denied. She died the same day she finally received it, after 10 painfully days on Dr. Morales’ hands. Is that a doctor?

I will recommend Mr. Morales to learn some basics Emotional Intelligence in order to be more prepared to deal with Humans. He lacks of sensibility and empathy toward the clients . Technically might be ok but as a person , far from being a Md.
