The worse place I have ever seen , 2 weeks to get an appointment and After the doctor saw me he said that they are going to get authorization from my insurance to remove a fatty tissue .The receptionist is a rude person he told me that they need 5 weeks to get the approval.2 weeks later I called the insurance to check with them and I was shocked they didn't make a request .I called them and the reception told me in a rude way that they are busy and they have only one person responsible to get authorizations so I told them I need to talk to that person because I can not wait any more it hurts really bad so she told me that this person is on vacation for one week .I told her that I am going to call my physician and ask him to refer me to another dermatologist and she said okay bye.

I do not recommend this absentee MD. His staff is inept, consistently late and discourteous.

Does not even treat patients at this office. Horrible experience. It is run by Nurse Practitioners and Physical Assistants. The staff has lost my personal information, ignored my calls, and failed to return my calls in regards to matters of my case.

Went for initial consult. They scheduled a nurse practitioner. Never told me I wouldn't see the physician. Long wait, cursory skin "exam", and refusal to refund co-pay for not seeing the doctor as I expected. When asked for copay refund, was told that I could have refused to see the nurse practitioner. Very unprofessional and didn't feel like I was properly examined. Will have to seek another opinion.

I'm so pissed, not professional workers. Came to see dr Lush he's not at the office so nurse practitioner has to see me. I said I'm here to see dr not practitioner and I canceled my other appointments and drove an hours to see dr and nobody told me over the phone that I'm not gona see the dr? Anyways I'm changing the dr since I see he doesn't even have good reviews I guess it make sense now.

I brought my grandson to the Mission Hills office for treatment of acne. The NP stated one of the two medications she was proscribing needed to be refrigerated and the medications could not be filled at a regular pharmacy under Medi-Cal. They were to arrived by mail from Lyons Pharmacy. When I received the lotions I called for the NP with my concerns. Never got a call back. Since learned neither proscription should be refrigerated and both are available at a regular pharmacy via Medi-Cal

Office is in shambles. Why get into the medical profession if you don't care for treating people?
