My experience with Dr. Lin was great and he was very professional. In addition when I checked in with the front desk, I was advised they only accept cash for the copayment. Since I arrived early, I had time to go to the bank next door and they didn't refuse service to me when I asked to see the doctor before going to the bank. However it worked out that I did have time to go to the bank. Dr. Lin cares about his patients and as soon as he walked into the examing room he introduced himself to me and shook my hand. Please don't go by the negative reviews and I was able to get a Saturday appointment in which he saved me time and money, since I didn't have to take off work.

The front desk is not professional, impatient and rude to clients! We couldn't speak to the Doctor because the front desk lady didn't bother to transfer our message.
