Appointments are always 30 -45 minutes past your scheduled time, then you go to your exam room and wait at least another 30 minutes!

I've been to this office twice. The first time the staff was rude and the office didn't process my insurance correctly so I ended up with a large bill from the hospital.
Today I've gone a second time and the staff was just as rude. I did not complete my visits and am changing doctor's.

When I called the office, the receptionist sounded put off by a new patient's questions, but I made the appointment. I was able to get in within 5 days, and Dr. Jircik was friendly. I did not like having an extra person in the room to type notes of everything that was said, it made me uncomfortable. The nurse took blood and I was told I would be contacted about the results. I never heard back from them, and when I called to check, I was put on hold and then hung up on.

I have been with Dr Jircik for over over eighteen years and have had to deal with some serious health situations and he has always gave me great comfort on where to go and what to do. He has a vast amount of knowledge along with compassion. I always look to him on any problem I may have. I appreciate Dr Jircik and his staff for their professionalism and kindness. I sincerely thank you.

Dr. Jircik he is a very caring Doctor with a kind spirit. I have seen him as a Doctor for over 20 years. Now I have to see another Doctor, because of change in Insurance.
