ER was very busy but Dr. Fraunfelter listened well. and took the time to answer my questions. Treated me with dignity and respect knowing I was in a transitional situation but not a street person with medical issues due to drug/alcohol dependency because that is far from my situation. It is never fun waiting for results and Xrays in an ER but they were organized and showed compassion which is very important to me..The doctor leads the team so Thank You !

I came twice to the express care facility in Ocala to receive “express care” for a prescription which was supposed to be refilled on the 23rd, unable to find immediate appointments elsewhere I came here, it has been confirmed by the practitioners and front desk staff the doctor shows up at his own Leisure, there’s no way to reach him and there’s no way to let him know patients require his visitation to the facility to provide his signature. I have been charged $110 and they don’t know when Mr. Fraunfelter will show up, take the money in advance then wait for us to call you is the kind of business ran at that facility. It’s an absolute waste of time considering they call themselves the alternative ER. Nonsense. Today is my wife’s birthday and I just walked 2.5 miles again for no updates on this fissician. I was literally told, he comes when he feels like. Wonderful service to your responsibilities, your patients Mr fraunfelter.
