Saw Dr. Fera for several years. Had several issues: never called in a prescription for antibiotics for an ear infection following an appointment, I had to call the office to get it filled; His office was unable to schedule me for an appointment due to a computer issue and said they would call me the next day, they never did; at my first appointment Dr. Fera forgot to order an STD panel so I had to, in front of the entire waiting room, ask the receptionist why the test wasn't ordered, he said he forgot. Worst of all, when he was away from the office I had to see the NP in his practice, and she was rude and condescending.

Love, love, love Dr. Fera. In fact, I’ve referred 6 people to him, and counting. He cares, listens, is kind, and, is an excellent clinician. I work with drs, and I know how some of them can be, so I consider myself lucky to have found such a gem of a doctor. His nurses and support staff are really sweet, too.

Put me in antibiotics for 9 months straight which destroyed my gut. Was never the same and he didn't want to own up to the damage caused or help treat the systemic issues that arose after. Was told everything was in my head yet there were blood tests confirming some suspicions and physical markers. Save yourself and go elsewhere.
Staff is hit or miss on friendliness as one is just bitter at life or something.

Caring, compassionate, intelligent. A doctor that actually listens to what you have to say always benefits an accurate diagnosis. Unless Dr Fera retires I will never have another doctor. At 61 I have had a lot of family doctors over the years, he is the best!
