Horrible bedside manner. Getting clarification and explanation of results on HSG and other bloodwork was like pulling teeth. It's almost like he wanted to say "yep you can't produce children, your free to get a second opinion, bye!" But I kept him in the room longer repeatedly asking questions inregards to other possibilities and or steps I could take and he was just not wanting stick around. My appointment was also rescheduled last minute twice and lab form incorrectly filled out once as well.

So hard working with the office staff. Trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare and they filled out paperwork at our cryobank incorrectly. Trying to correct it was a hassle. The nurses are nice but the hassle is not worth it. All of this makes me not trust thier care.
