Dr. Frank Chen, MD

This guy is awesome. I believe he's a great and caring doctor. He takes his time and throughly explain to family and patients About their condition. He has been a great help throughout everything with my daughter.

Dr Chen is closing office on June leaving us no where to go we already suffer from illnesses and now to think in this it is sad I have been with adult phycaritry for years and I hear they are closing this is very sad and emotional for me and others I went to get my next appointment and they said I had to call first I am so depressed and disturbed about this I love my Deliliah Hampton she understands me like no one else I trust her She is one of the best with my disorders she is not pushy or bossy she is patient and kind I feel like she is family to me I hope she gets her own practice somewhere so I can go to it I will not go anywhere else if I can not go to herand no telling the rest if her patients what will happen my day is destroyed I need to find out where she will be practicing at I control my destination and I will only go to her if anyone reads this if I find out some how I will let everyone know what a great loss my heart is sad I have to see dr every 3 months for meds

Dr. Chen and his team are wonderful they helped during the deepest my depression has ever been. I truly believe I would not be here if not for his team

Brilliant diagnostician and treating psychiatrist. Dr Chen is attentive, intuitive, and the perfect combination of toughness, determination and unwavering commitment to his patients. He literally saved my life and helped me recognize that I have the tools to fight the good fight. Dr Chen is quick, a great sense of humor, whip smart, completely serious, and well versed in pharmacology. I would send any one to see him for serious life saving care. He returned my life to me. .

Relies too much on his nurses, who do not have adequate knowledge of what they are doing, what they are prescribing, and what advice they are giving. I was told that it was ok for me to consume alcohol while I was prescribed heavy antipsychotics, which is possibly life threatening. I was also prescribed medications which were not used to treat any of the symptoms I was having. For example, I was prescribed a highly addictive benzodiazepene even though I was not having any feelings of anxiety.
