Francoise is a terrible provider and leader. She is extremely narcissistic on top of the fact she has no business sense. Her service is way overpriced especially given the fact she doesn't do an effective job. Rather, she answers emails and text messages throughout the whole appointment. I've also witnessed her mistreat her employees and act condescending towards them.

It is easy to get in to see Dr Adan. However, she does not listen to her patients very well, and often is on her computer during appointments, doing miscellaneous tasks. She INSISTS on patients pursuing treatment with things without accepted medical benefits (such as acupuncture, herbs, etc). These may work for some, but not for everyone. And the problem is her opinion of treatment effectiveness supersedes the patient's opinion about it.
