I had the same experience. Treated the staff and the doctor better than I was treated as a patient. Always courteous and always pleasant, and I kept getting harassed by the office about me owning them money, when I have never had a single bill, and everything was paid in full. I even called the insurance company to double and triple check, as I don't like having any bill outstanding.Their billing office argued with me a few times but then finally I was able to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about at their billing department who apologized for their mistakes, but the damage was already done.They sent me a letter stating we had bad behavior, etc... it seems like this is what they do when they are caught in a lie and try to getting our of patient obligation. I highly recommend staying away from this office and the doctor as they are extreme liars and should not be trusted, this is based on my experience with them. They don't care about you, just your money.

She was a good doctor and thought we had a decent PATIENT - physician relationship until she abruptly terminated it. Citing disruptive behavior. No further explanation.I had brought them pies from Gardener Pies - Akron, OH on numerous occasions. They all seemed to enjoy them.I had sent messages via the Healow app that I didn’t want to travel 20 miles to see a physician that used to be 2 miles from my home. She tried to pawn me off on her new physician, Dr Megan Weiner (pronounced whiner but it doesn’t look like that) And also, then another message trying to get feedback about a recent medical issue that had cropped up. She didn’t respond. So I followed up with a couple more messages questioning why she didn’t respond. Never received a response and then a letter of termination of PATIENT - physician letter showed up. The. ANOTHER letter that was exactly the same showed up certified mail. Neither one of them included the release of medical records each claimed to have enclosed. AMA

Dr. Kiraly is kind and compassionate. She has helped me with the sudden loss of my husband. She goes the extra mile to assure you’re doing okay. Exceptional doctor.

I had 2 telephone visits with Dr. Kiraly during this Covid-19. She is very caring and helpful. To do this gives me peace of mind as I’m in late 80’s. She is the best doctor for my health. Thanks!! Darlene T. ... Barberton

Dr. Kiraly and her staff are all exceptional. Her staff members are friendly, helpful, respectful, and efficient. Dr. Kiraly takes time to listen and is very caring and thorough. She addresses preventive health needs as well as needs related chronic conditions and illness to keep me as healthy as possible. My husband and I are very happy to have her as our primary care provider!!

Would reccomend Dr.Kiraly to anyone.She takes time to listen,Never in a hurry , Ican only say made the right choice in choosing her to be my physician. Her staff alone gets a 5 star very curtious

My husband and I have been looking for a PCP the past few years. We met with Dr. Kiraly for the first time today for our yearly physicals. We were very impressed by her calm demeanor, friendly personality and her caring ways. We would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Kiraly is very kind and personable. She is down to earth and does a great job of addressing my needs as a patient. Her staff is wonderful and they always have been very quick at getting back to me with test results, refills or questions I have had.

First visit...I like her. She is personable and I left my appointment feeling good about choosing her as my PCP.
