I found the PA to be very attentive, listened to my opinions.... I was very pleased... and have referred him to all our friends.. They too had a positive experience. I've never waited long. But I try to get an early appointment

I went in as a new patient and while the office staff was nice the doctor was not. He was very rude in everything he explained and rolled his eyes a handful of time. He never made eye contact and made the whole visit seem as if I was a complete bother to him. He didn't run any labs and gave me a diagnosis of what he THINKS I might have. Of course if I don't feel better in 3 days I have to return to pay him more so he can tell me what's really wrong.
